COVID Positive Cases and Vaccine Clinic Update

Dear parents, guardians, and members of the Newmarket community,

I am sorry to share that we have another two confirmed cases of COVID-19, one at the Elementary school and one at the High school. All close contacts have been notified. 

The Town of Newmarket is partnering with Lamprey Health Care to offer a convenient option for children aged 5 through 11 to get the COVID-19 vaccine. On Saturday, November 20, 2021, from 9AM to 12noon at the Newmarket Elementary School, Lamprey Health Care will be holding a vaccination clinic for children ages five through eleven. Vaccination is optional, and parents/guardians must give their permission for children to get vaccinated. There will be no cost to you for this vaccine.

The vaccine(s) that will be offered in the clinic will be Pfizer in a dosage size for children. People 12 and older cannot get vaccinated at this location. 

While walk-ins are welcomed, they ask you to please pre-register by calling (603)659-8581 or by visiting newmarketrec.org. In addition, preregistration forms will be available to save time the day of the clinic.
