JSHS Students Pivot to Remote Learning Week

Dear parents, guardians, and members of the Newmarket community,

Over the weekend we were informed of additional cases of COVID-19 at the Junior Senior High School. Due to the number of COVID-19 related quarantines and seasonal illnesses, all JSHS students; including high needs students, will be pivoting to remote learning this upcoming week. We will continue to provide transportation for SST students as scheduled.

We will reassess the situation this week to see if we are able to have Junior Senior High School students safely return to in person learning the week of February 15th.

The Elementary School will continue in person learning.

As always, we encourage everyone to continue to social distance, wash hands and wear a  mask.

Be safe and Happy Super Bowl Sunday!

Susan K. Givens, Ed.D.
Superintendent of Schools
