Our faculty and staff are very excited to begin the school year tomorrow!
I wanted to send out a few reminders in order to make sure that tomorrow starts as smoothly as possible.
First, I want to remind you that our school opening plan calls for "optional mask wearing when COVID transmission is low to moderate for 14 days, positivity rates are under 10% or the percentage vaccinated is over 80% locally (Newmarket and Seacoast). At this time, transmission is high locally so universal mask wearing indoors is required and will remain in place until conditions change." Students should be masked upon entering the building.
Arrival time for students is between 8 and 8:15 AM. Students should not arrive prior to 8 AM. All students should report to their BLACK - A Block class. Teachers will help our new students find their way.
I have been told that the construction on South Main St will not take place during drop off and pick up. Please be patient as we gain familiarity with the morning arrival and pick up routines. Parents who are picking up their students are reminded to arrive at 2:40 PM in order to prevent back ups on South Main St. Buses and student drivers will be exiting between 2:30 and 2:40 PM.
Those are the important reminders for tomorrow. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone!
