We may not always be able to honor the six foot distancing recommendation. Our staff will be wearing masks, and we would appreciate those dropping off and picking up item wear them also.  Thank you so much for your cooperation.  I greatly appreciate all the support and encouragement you have given your children and our teachers during this challenging experience. We are so grateful to have such a supportive community.

This school year will end, for our students, with a 'Reverse Parade' on Wednesday, June 10th, starting at 2:00 pm. This "reverse parade" will involve school staff lining up around Newmarket Elementary School so parents and children can drive by to say "Happy Summer."  Please enter via the parent drop off and pick up entrance, loop around once and leave by the playground exit.  Staff will be lined up along the back of the building, the side of the building, and the front. They will stand six feet apart to comply with social distancing measures. Parade participants should remain in their vehicles. Feel free to create signs or decorations for your cars. We look forward to seeing you!

Your child's Remote Learning Assessment will be available on the Parent Portal in Infinite Campus on, Wednesday, June 17. The Assessment is pass/fail and includes a brief narrative to.

Hope to see you at the parade and hope all our Newmarket Elementary School families have a fun and restful summer.

Thank you and take care,

Debbie Roffo
