All School Exercise Challenge

Please join us for the all school exercise challenge. What is the goal? To meet the recommendation of 60 minutes of physical activity per day. All activity counts- before, during and after school. Students brought home sheets to log their exercise. Please have students color in the picture on the back of the page and return to the school to be posted in the entryway.

Yoga for grades 1-2

We will be offering a 4 week yoga session for students in grades 1-2 starting Tuesday 1/19/16. Permission slips will be sent home the first week of January. Spots are limited and names will be drawn by raffle. Students and families will be notified prior to the first class if their name is chosen.

"What do I say?" Talking with your children about drug use and prevention. The presentation will be by Chris Placy from the NH Governors Council. Monday November 23rd at 7p in the NJSHS library. Brought to you by Wellness and PSC ( Parent staff connection).

Newmarket ASAP is holding a forum at the rec department October 26th at 6:30p on heroin use and abuse and how it affects our Newmarket community.
